Problem in Folder Creation in KM

Hi Experts,

  I am using portal 7.4 version.

My Requirement is to create a iview in the portal and user has to download the reports which are present in the KM.

I have created the new repository in the system admin-->system config-->KM-->content Management-->Repository Managers-->CM Repository-->Test Repository. Here i have created a new repository.

But when i try to create the folder inside the repository in content admin-->KM Content , i can't see the Test Repository which i have created in the system admin

Can anybody what mistake i have done???
