How to force authentication in a debugging session of WD in 7.3

I've been following the help guides below in order to debug a WD app in 7.3:

The problem is that when the debug URL loads in the browser I get the WD app without an option to login first.

I know that WD has application parameter to force authentication first but I am unable to redeploy this change on the server I want to debug for various reason and I also don't think there's a WD application URL parameters for UID and password.

Is it possible to somehow force authentication first in the debug configuration or in the WD app configuration in NWA without redeploying the app?
