Change Location of Message Area in UWL iView in EP Portal 7.3

Hi Exterts,

We have following requirements,

1. We have configured "UserDecisionHandler" with Decision note box in UWL on EP Portal 7.3. When user try to reject any workitem without giving any text in decision box, it is showing message at the top of the iView to give the rejection note. we got requirement to display this message at bottom on portal (between decision box and action buttons).
2. In the message explained above, we have requirement to change the text of the message also.

Please suggestion to fulfill these requirements.
