Portal Framework configuration

Hi,

We are on Portal 7.31. I want to make some customization to the framework page. From the discussion on SDN, I have followed the path Content Admin --> Portal Display --> Framework Page Configuration from DTLN. I can see very few options for the Ajax Framework Page (Ajax Portal Desktop). Please find the screen shot below:

Please let me know what am I missing here.
