How to get URL of a "VIEW"

Hi Gurus

I have created a VIEW in portal using below steps

Configured Portfolio Items

1) SE80;

2) Select the package INM_UI_WD;

3) Expand the Web Dynpro Application node;

4) Select "INM_WORKCENTER_APP" (double click on it);

5) In the upper left corner of the window, select the menu Web Dynpro Application --> Test --> In Browser - Admin Mode;

Question : How can I get the "URL" Information for newly created VIEW so that when user clicks on link for the URL , he will be directed to newly created "VIEW". Can I achieve the requirement by configuration or to be done using ABAP ?
