Error when importing the ear file in NWDS

Hello Guru's,

We are upgrading our landscape from Portal 7.02 to Portal 7.4. And we have couple of custom components which we are trying to migrate.

We have the EAR files of the components from 7.02.

Installed the NWDS 7.31 and associated Java Version 1.6.0_45.

Here is the procedure using to import the file to NWDS 7.31.

File - Import - SAP NetWeaver Portal - EAR File - Select the Archive .ear file, give the project name and the Project Root Folder

I have administrator access to the system.

Please help me in resolving the issue.
