import war file into NWDS 7.0 to customization of the portal logon page in EP 7.3

Hi Experts,

we have to import tc~sec~ume~logon~ui.war file into nwds to modify this file.

currently we are using portal 7.3 version and Nwds 7.0.but in Nwds 7.0 there is no web option to import this file.

Please help on how to import the war file into ndws.
