Need information to modify the BasicPasswordLoginModule.java file

Hi All,

We are using SAP ortal 7.02 SP12 versions. We need the below information in order to modify the asicPasswordLoginModule.java file which is present in the logon stack/authentication stack.

1.When a Locked user id is trying to logon to portal with correct/incorrect password in the current date then the current date information need to be
updated in the field attribute "city". This  field is available in the Contact Information tab of User Admin->Identity management->then search for the user id and select the user to get the user details.

Can you please provide us the information how the field "city" can be updated with current date (we are updating date in the city field for testing
purpose) ?

Is there UME API available to update the "city" field or is there any Portal data base table from where we can update this field using SQL query?
