portal triggering not happening in ADMIN View and in R/3

hi  sap experts ,

I am facing problem regarding updation .

Issue-

we have an online booking thorough portal where an employee has an option of booking function Hall for Occasions through portal, when an employee books through the portal it is generating sucessfull message but in ADMIN/STATUS view the booking ibnofrmation is not visible ,

actually it has to be appeared and it will trigger in R/3 in a z application and in infotype 0015 the amount is updated.

ADMIN/STATUS view the booking ibnofrmation is not visible

Please give your valuable inputs so that it generated in ADMIN/STATUS.
