We have SAP BW & SAP BI Portal - NW 7.3.

We have general problems with broadcasting as well as publishing the Query in Portal.

When try to publish our query to Portal or Bex Broadcaster we get the error in Internet Explorer:

Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage.

Here is the url that gets launched:

The portal is working and accessed by url - https://r108p.codm.gazprom.loc:8011/irj without any problem.

Please advise us how to troubleshoot the problem? What's wrong with Bex Broadcaster? Something is not configured yet?
