RFC FM Call from NWDS 7.3

Hi Experts,

                I need to call and RFC FM from Portal to SAP get the data and then create a webservice and then expose it!

Can Anyone help me with the steps in NWDS 7.3.

Step1) Call RFC FM from Portal -> Backend SAP

Step 2) Expose it as a Webservice
