publishing bex queries to portal without involving portal team

Hi,

Is there any way to publish BEx queries from BW system to portal?

I have created a folder in portal to publish the queries using "Publish SAP BI reports via Query Designer".  I selected publish >  to portal and then selected the folder.  The query is appearing in portal as iView.  When we want to make this iView to users, we have to assign iView to workset and then to role.  Here portal team need to involve to assign the objects.

Is there any method such that, we can publish bex queries to portal without involving portal team?
