How to activate new usage type on portal 7.31

Hi,

we are on NW portal 731, recently i have installed new usage type 'PDF EXPORT' on the existing portal through SUM tool. Installation was completed successfully.

unfortunately when i execute the below URL., i still see old usage types.

I am not sure how new usage types are activated after install ? please help

OS-Windows 2008 server R/2

DB-MS SQL server 2008

NW 7.3 EHP 1
