How to create an object in the PCD which links to a UNC path

I would like to create an object in the PCD which points to a specific UNC path.
We are running 3x Netweaver 7.3 Portals (Test, Dev & Production).  Long before I started working for the organisation, a consultant set up an object in the "Content Management" section.  It is called:  com.tsb.bobjshare

I now need to create the exact object in the other 2 portals, but I have no clue how to do it.

This object would then have to be configured to point to a UNC location which contains files used in the portal.
