CRM Interaction Center screen freezes after order creation

Hi all,

We have a EP (7.0 SP21) and ECC/CRM systems integrated as transaction iviews. We also have CRM Interaction center integrated as a BSP iview.

The users access IC through portal.The issue is after the users create the order/process the orders, the IC screen simply freezes and does not proceed further. User has to log out and log back in. This has been very frequent and sporadic.

Pls help as to how to proceed with this. Its difficult to get the http trace since its prooduction and users encounter the issue randomly.
