Biller Direct Logon Error - A general problem has occurred within the logon

Hello Experts,

   I have configured the BD 6.0 Application with SAP ECC system. I have done all the steps as suggested in BD Configuration document.

I am getting A general problem has occurred within the logon. The error message is: .  whenever I am trying to logon to BD Application with logon credentials.

I have visted these forums - [EP 6.0 and Biller Direct; and [Biller Direct 6.2 logon issue]  - but could not solve my problem. Any suggestions would be great help to me.
