disabling password change for particular group

Hi All,

I have a requirement of disabling the initial password change for a particular group of users.Meaning when the user login to the portal for the first time normally it gives prompt to change the initial password.We want to block it for the particular group of users allowing them to login with the initial password itself. We have configured LDAP with UME and portal is 7.1 version.

Any suggestion would be very greatful.
