Theme not applied to the transaction iViews

Hi,

We have a situation where the portal URL has been changed from say URL_Old to URL_New.

There is no problem when the portal loads, the theme is applied properly. The problem is when the transaction iView is accessed, the portal theme is picked from URL_Old which is not available. Causing the screen to not have active buttons or anything. Can anybody help with this issue.
