Error in system object test

Hi all ,

   I have created the system object in EP 7.4 with all ITS,WAS and connector properties properly.And usertype management i am using UIDPWD.

  After creation of system object when i click on the test connection i am getting the below error.

  Before system object creation do i need to create the Jco Destionation?

  please help on the below issue..
