We're facing a very peculiar error at our end. One of the managers has been facing a problem while trying to approve attendences/absences. It says (No authorization to approve attendences/absences for personnel no. XXXXXXX).
We have checked the manager's roles in both R/3 and the portal, they are fine. So is true with his parameters.
Other managers are not facing any error of that sort. Roles/Parameters are same as that of those managers who have not been facing any problem.
Guys, Has anyone faced/heard about that kinda error? We're in urgent need of help. We're pulling off our hair solving the issue.
