Access is denied: pcd:portal_content/com.sap.pct/every_user/general/com.sap.portal.frameworkpage - user: Administrator

Dear Experts,

Happy Morning.

I am unable to see portal roles in SAP Portal , to reolve this issue i have to check the default framework page of the content administration. As i am not able to find the content administration role in SAP Portal, i tried to use direct links to reach framework page but its throwing an error

"Access is denied: pcd:portal_content/com.sap.pct/every_user/general/com.sap.portal.frameworkpage - user: Administrator", this i found in default trace. 

I have used below link to access the framework page.

http://<FQDN>:<Host Name>/irj/servlet/prt/portal/prtroot/pcd!3aportal_content!2fcom.sap.pct!2fevery_user!2fgeneral!2fcom.sap.portal.frameworkpage

Please suggest if any.
