Active Directory and SAP Portal User Mapping

Hi,

We have Portal, ECC, BI, CRM systems in our system landscape.

We enabled the SSO between Portal and ECC, BI, CRM systems using SAP Log On ticket.

Currently Portal UME is the user store and Users are logging into the Portal using their EMP number (123456).

User Id’s are same in Portal and Backend systems. Hence SSO done successfully.

Now we want to use Microsoft Active Directory as user store. In the AD users were created with their EMP ID (abcxyz).

In that case, can you advise us how we can do the user mapping from AD to Portal ?

User Mapping: User ID in AD (abcxyz) to User ID in Portal (123456).
