is there any restiction in the number of users while mass upload

Hi All,

I have to assign roles to some 1000+ users and already 1000 users are existing in that role.

when you upload users for mass role assignments, we need to tick on "Overwrite" option otherwise the user will not get added and same time the exixting users will get deleted from the role.So im planning to export the users from the role first and create the text file with both exixting and new users and then upload.I want to know is ther are restriction in umber of users as we are goign to upload for nearly 2000 users.I canot test this scenario in dev/sandbox as we have only less number of users.We are going to do it in prodution direclty.
