Runtime Error in portal 7.3

Hello All,

We have a NW portal 7.3 which throws a runtime error when we go to Content Administration. The other applications fetching iViews or KM content from this portal also throw Runtime error. When we restart the server everything works fine. It happens once in 1-2 months. We are looking for root cause of the issue.
