Issue in Role Upload from ECC to Portal

Dear Experts,

I am using HR Renewal 2.0, & I am trying to upload the composite ESS role from ECC system to the portal, but the role is not created in pcd and status is showing completed. I checked the system connection it is working correctly.

I also attached the error screenshots.

Please suggest the solution
