SAP Portal license query

Hello

What type of SAP Portal license will be required for following architecture of applications

1. Application will be hosted on internet facing Portal through anonymous user based access to SAP Portal and to the corresponding application
2. Application's data store will be SAP Portal data base created through Data Dictionary Projects created using NWDS
3. Application's business logic to perform CRUD operations on Portal Database will be contained in EJB projects created using NWDS. These EJB projects will provide necessary REST APIs for consumption in user interface layer of the application.
4. Application's user interface will be created using SAPUI5

Also, can NWDI still be used for version control of SAPUI5 applications?
