Role access based on Users.

i have HOME Role and it contains 10 iviews.

For access users i need different scenairos, let me know u have any idea on this.

HR MGRS User able to access all 10  iviews.

MGRs       users able to access     8 iviews

emp          uses able to access      5 iviews.

all iviews are  WDABAP Iviews and configured under  Menu under  LPD_CUST.

my requirement is based on   User can we give control access for few apps. NOT ROLE BASED.

for example  :  Travel application able to display for all users , But access for few users only others will get  " error message"

can we control through  code  level ?

pls suggest any ideas on this
