Wiki / Forum - render as label

Hi Experts,

When we click "First time" Wiki administration in SAP Netweaver Portal 7.4 SP5 P0000, we are getting below "label contents"

instead of normal content like below.

If we click "second time" it appears normally.

This issue occurs for Forum Administrator, Forum End User, Wiki End User screens as well.

Please share your suggestion to resolve it.
