Description not displaying on F4 help

Dear Experts,

                    I am using standard search help for Purchasing Group (BBP_PROC_GROUP) am getting f4 help with proper values but i want to display description along with values. Please help me how to display description along with values.

Note: I checked in debugging am getting values along with description in back end but while displaying its not reflecting on screen please help.
