How to manage the security questions in 7.3

Hi,

I've put enable the logon help to have available the password reset for users. I've followed these steps:

But now, it's missing how to manage these security questions. The users are already created, but i want they will be able to fill the security questions. How can do it? I've tried following :

Configuring Self-Management - Identity Management - SAP Library

But nothing happend. Where have to appears that funcionality?? Because i'm adding the action i can not see anything special where i could put my answers...
