SAP Portal 7.4 SSO Issue

Hi Experts,

I followed the above document to achieve SSO between portal 7.4 and ECC 6 but it is still failing.issue.

Attached the screen shots in document for your reference.

Steps Followed.

1. Download certificate from NWA

2. Updated Certificate in ECC and add to certificate and ACL list

3. in RZ10 maintained the parameters and confirmed ok

4. Add ECC as trusted system in portal -> NWA

5. Created System object in System Admin -> System landscape

Failed step

6. Cannot test the connection via Test connection of system object

7. Cannot test the newly added system getting TCP error
