Need help for Portal 7.3 AFP Theme

Hi All,

We just upgraded Portal into 7.3 SP7.

We can see Default Theme look and feel(Classic theme). How to use Ajax theme? I applied existing Ajax theme to my user directly but getting error(PCD: not exist and you are not authorized)

Can I use directly this theme? (thought Ajax Framework page is used in Ajax theme?) - direct me if i'm wrong.

Is there any settings need to do before use Ajax theme?

Please help if any WIKI with detailed steps.
