Read only access to Web Resource Repository view

Hello All,

I have created 2 roles which has 'Web Resource Repository' page (delta linked from : pcd:portal_content/com.sap.pct/administrator/content_admin/pages/com.sap.portal.wd_web_resource_repository)

Now,

     role1 : users : should get read/write access to Web Resource Repository explorer.

     role2 : users : should get read only access to Web Resource Repository explorer.

Currently users get below error on screen when they launch this page: -

No entry points are available. Check the log file and the Administration Studio Configuration.

In NWA logs, I see this:

java.lang.IllegalStateException: Cannot lookup resource AdminBase: com.sapportals.portal.pcd.gl.PermissionControlException: Access denied (Object(s): resource_repository)

Which UME or J2EE action needs to be assigned to this custom role of mine so that users can 'read' it?

Please help.
