SAP Portal Slow response to End-user

Dear experts,

I have done a Migration of a Enterprise Portal 7.01 from a W2003 SQL2005 installation in a physical hardware to a VM W2008R2 SQL 2008R2 and everything was  after my checklist.
Everything is working pretty well from my side.

BUT from end-user side, the response time is so slow, any link we click on Portal take long time to load.

I'm pretty sure that my computer(not the server, my own desktop), and the users computer are in diferente networks.

Also, I think that the physical and the VM are from diferente networks.

Could you guys give me a guess??
