We need to get the value in the portal link 7.0 version

Hi Exports,

Please me help on the below issue.

Abaper send the below portal link for mail natification, we need to get last 8 digit number.

http://hostname/webdynpro/dispatcher/abc.com/our dc name/our application name?00000015

Last 8 digit value will change ,but we need to get the last 8 digit number which number send by abapers and we need to pass this value to RFC.

Please help me on this.
