Journey Start date / End date missing

Hi  Experts,

              While executing the program 'HINUINFO_UPDATE'

i am getting an error 'Journey Start date / End date missing'.

Actually this error is because I haven't specified the Journey Start date and End date while raising the claim for LTA Reimbursement through ESS.

               While approving the claim  also ESS is not having any fields to give the Journey Start date and End date.Once the approval is done i have executed the program   'HINUINFO_UPDATE'  to update he infotypes 15 and 582. Infotype 15  is getting created  but while creating  the infotype 582 system gives the above error message.

          Can anybody please assist me how to provide the Journey Start date and End date for LTA claims in ESS.
