[AFP] AFP Resources runtime error - Object doesn't support property or method 'parseJSON'

Hello everyone,

While working on customized masthead for Portal 7.3 I tried to add some AFP functionalities and face note 1612008 which says to copy AFP Resources from

portal content -> Content Provided by SAP

-> Admin Interfaces -> Admin iView Templates

and paste as delta link to the framework page.

So I did what was said:

But when I preview the page with F12 IE debugger turned on I got an error:

SCRIPT438: Object doesn't support property or method 'parseJSON'

for code:

var cacheTimeStampsRep = jsonCacheTimeStampsRep.parseJSON()

(This code was added to html page with the AFP Resources.)

Any idea what is the reason for this kind of error?
