In Travel and Expenses link in ESS displaying blank page

Dear SAP gurus,

We are implementing a subset of ESS - Travel and Expense using ECC 6.0 and EP 7.1.  My requirement is to create a Worksheet containing Delta Links to the SAP supplied pages, Create Expense Report and My Travel and Expense, found in Content Provided by SAP -> End User Content -> Employee Self Service -> ERP 2005 Ehp 2 -> Pages -> Travel and Expense.

I assigned the ESS role, and assigned the role to my userid.  The worksheet tab and navigation links display correctly, but the actual page does not display when I click on the links...only a blank page is displayed.

I have checked the permissions in ECC and Portal, and they seem to be correct.  In addition, my userid has administrator privileges, so permissions should not be the problem at this point.

When I open the actual iView and do a Preview, it throws the below portal run time error

   "  Portal runtime error

       An exception occurred while processing your request. Send the exception ID to your portal administrator.

        Exception ID 03:03_24/12/12_0006_5173650

        See log file for details about this exception    "

When I try the same test through the menu,that when i click the link in Travel and Expenses it will open blank window. Nothing (either data nor error) will be displayed.
