Error in PortalRolesSearch index

Hello All,

I have created index PortalRolesSearch in Portal and in Index management, I see a red indicator (attached) telling me to check 'application' log.

Could you please let me know 'which' application log and 'where' to check it?

Meanwhile, I see that navigation suggestions are working. However, I need to fix this issue with PortalRolesSearch index.

Please help.
