Increase display time of Tooltip text of UI element for Portal component(PAR file)

Hi,

We have requirement to increase the display time of Tooltip text of an UI element in JSP page for portal component (PAR file).

Currently by default the tooltip is showing up the text for 5 sec(mouser over on UI element) where we have more text in the

tooltip to read, hence user is  requires more time to read the text in the tooltip.  We are using Link to URL UI element in JSP page for portal component..

Please let me know if i can increase the tooltip display time.
