Adding External URL link on Homepage framework ESS

Hi All,

I have requirement in which we need to add two service links. when we click on the link it  should launch external URL in new Window.

I have done SPRO Configuration in Homepage Framework.

Created Resources, Services, Assigned services to Subarea .Referred blog http://wiki.scn.sap.com/wiki/display/EP/Adding+Link+on+ESS+through+backend+ECC+Configuration

Now I am able to Launch all the URL's (Google, SCN, etc. )except one which is there in the requirement getting "Page Not found" error.

But the URL is working fine when it is hit directly into the browser.

Please help what can be the problem or there is some configuration from EP end.
