Issue with URL iView accessing Excel/word files stored in KM

Hi All,

I have an issue while rendering the excel/ word/pdf files stored in KM through an URL iView.

However when I preview the iView in content admin, it gives me option to "Open, Save, Save as" as expected. And I can open the file directly from KM.

When I open the iView from portal navigation, it says Webpage cannot be found error (HTTP 400).

And when I paste the below URL in address bar it works

https://<host-name>/irj/go/km/docs/1sap/documents/manual_forms/<filename>.xls

When I do a HTTP trace, it returns code 400 with the above URL and I get the webpage cannot be found error.

The issue is resolved by including NavMode parameter with value 3.
