Reg: Sorting Portal Roles

Hello Guru's,

I have 10 Portal Roles and I want to sort these roles, I did the below steps:

1. Went to each Role and change the Sort Priority.

2. Ensure the Portal Service is having Sort Initial Nodes is set to 1.

Current Portal Version: 7.40

Restarted Service and also Portal.

And Cleared the Cache.

But the roles are not displaying in the order I maintained.

Example:

Role  Sort Priority

D         1

C         2

A         3

B         4

But when displaying it is displaying as

BCAD Instead of DCAB.

Please help me in fixing the issue.
