Changes are not reflected in my logon page

Hi All

We are facing a problem on customization of logon page in NW7.4

I am using NWDS 7.3 EHP1 SP10 PAT0000 version & my NW 7.4 version & JDK 1.6

And customization of logon page i followed  below document

But still my changes are not reflected in my logon page. only standard page appears

I maintain NWA property Alias of Application for Customizing Login Pages is same as maintained in the context root in application.xml

Can you please help on this.
