SAML 2.0 SSO between SAP Portal and SuccessFactors

Hi Experts,

I am trying to establish SSO between SAP Portal 7.31(on-premisis) with SuccessFactors (Cloud).

I have followed the steps mentioned in the below document.

Single Sign-On between SAP Portal and SuccessFactors

however, SuccessFactors contants are not loading in portal. In HTTPWatch, I am getting error as “Error_Internet_cannot_connect”.

Please suggest how to resolve this.
