We have a requirement to implement mass approve / mass reject functionality in UWL and for userdecision type tasks.
For example , The user will log into portal UWL , select work items and then approve / reject columns for mass approval or reject.
I followed couple of blogs ex: http://scn.sap.com/community/enterprise-portal/administration-and-development/blog/2013/09/17/universal-worklist-customization-on-netweaver-portal-73 , and was able to get approve and reject columns with checkbox and able to approve my work items.
Now the problem is with mass reject .
The requirement here is to have one common window or say popup window with a text box, where user can enter reject comments for work items that have been selected for reject. For ex: select 10 work items and tick mark reject column and then click submit button , user will then get pop up to enter reject comments ( assuming the reject comments will be common for all the 10 work items ).
We have added userdecision note = mandatory in uwl.standard.modifiedname.xml , for reject action and in the preview section , able to see notes to enter reject reason.
Is it possible to add one pop up window / add note for mass reject and to enter rejection comments.
Or else, do we need to click the work item and select reject column for the all work items and in the preview section below for highlighted work item, enter the reason and then submit ? I can see successful message for reject functionality by doing like this and my work items are getting cleared from UWL once rejected.

How to implement this solution in UWL to enable to add a single memo for a group action of approval/rejection of workitems ? The url says that there is restriction on adding a single memo for mass approve / reject..
Can you please guide / help us with this requirement and let us know the limitations.
