Convert .crt file into .pse file

Hello All,

I have a scenario where I need to download Portal’s .crt file and convert it to .pse file as per sap note 722072.

And this .pse file is then sent to 3^rd party application owners so that they can configure it in their server such that SSO occurs between our SAP Portal and their system.

Now problem we are facing is that production PSE file fails to establish sso.

In Dev & Test portals, pse file created with same approach works fine to establish SSO.

We have used ssocheck commandline tool to verify pse file with portal mysapsso2 cookie.

Any ideas & hints about this topic are very much welcome.
