We are using AD (which is in xyz domain) as portal UME for which LDAP configuration has been done and it holds the users and groups for which portal roles are assigned and when the groups are assigned to users in AD users will be getting the poral roles with the corresponding groups.
Now all the users are migrated to new domain (ABC) we need to do the LDAP config with the new AD which has the new domain, if we do the LDAP config with new AD as all the users and there groups are migrated I believe we should be able to see the users and the groups assigned to them in portal with new AD, do we also see the roles assigned to the groups (as explained in the above statement of current existing system) and no need to add them again manually.
