Cannot expand tree node in SAP MDM Resultset Iview

Hi experts,

We are using SAP MDM Resultset Iview to show the result in tree structure in SAP EP 7.3. the tree structure is shown but we cannot expand the tree nodes. It works once in a while and that too randomly. Can someone please suggest what may be the cause for such a behavior. We are using SAP MDM 7.1 SP10.
