Portal 7.31 does not work with Apache

we have upgraded our sap portal from 7.02 to 7.31. We ars using apache as a reverse proxy. After upgrading the external link (using public domain) dose not work any more. Only the internal link (using compter name) works, because the internal link does not go through the apache server. Could someone please tell me, what is the problem. thx.

One changing i have found:iIn version 7.02 if one page was send back to client, all the links (e.g. javascript, images) in the page have the prefix: /irj/, but in version 7.31 the prefix is gone.
